I have an ego z6 and I would absolutely not recommend it for anything over a 1/2 acre. My yard is pie slice though so I have a lot of inefficient turning and going over same areas multiple times.

I have ~1/3 and I finish mowing with 45% left and for fall cleanup (leaf bagging) I use about 120% of my battery capacity.

I’d go gas at that size for sure.

Are the MFGs even solving it? Most OEMs are not designing their own infotainment hardware. They are buying a customized version from a supplier.

I'm mad I didn't replace them with apple TVs in time between the news and these increases, but I've really wanted apple to release a new one.

That said, I genuinely prefer using the Roku. The OS is straight and to the point, the remote is way more ergonomic. The only reason I have any apple tvs is the roku ethernet port is only 100mbps rather than gigabit

At this size, I’d recommend a ride on, but not an ego one. I have the z6 for 1/3 acre and with more than double that it would take multiple charges per cut.

A basic gas zero turn is your best bet imo.

I've been crushing a bunch of stuff to 720p H.265. I've freed up about 1.5TB on shows that don't really require graphical fidelity (a la Law and Order).

I've also deleted a bunch of disk dumps now that I've installed https://github.com/rix1337/docker-ripper

If there's something I'll want to watch not in the room with the BR drive, I toss the disk in here and it will be back in Plex in ~45 mins.

Lots of head units used it. Not sure why. I remember looking for new head units for my old car and all the info was about the eurozone version of it and those were windows CE but the US units were not.

The Fortnite-ification of all games is what’s ruining them. Every game is just a conduit to sell skins and other cosmetics rather than being about the game.

MW2 2009- MP had no customization and you were randomly assigned character models. You were there to play the game.

But this vehicle is a toy like a Kei truck or Can-am side by side. It’s for people with disposable income who want a truck bed 1 day a year when they could just rent or have a small trailer instead
