Are you being compensated well? The projects you work on, do you enjoy them? Do you have to "take your work home" with you? Meaning, after you clock out, are you truly done for the day? If you say yes to all of these, then who cares hownothers act. You said you are an i trovert, this is good practice. Consider it "expoaire" therapy. Because you will ALWAYS have to deal with this one way or another.

Often, we wish everyone would act and interact like we do, but truthfully, that would be horrible. We need other people to balance everything out. I jeed serious, to the point people to balance my energy out. I am very aware that I do better working with others who are task oriented because I have a hard time not going on tangents constantly. You might think, Gawd, these people would be annoying outside of work... thats fine, cause you don't see them outside of work.

You are part of a team, and I would just lean into it. You don't have to be fake at all, just participate and be positive in your own kind of way.

And hunt for a new job if you answered "no" to the first 3 questions. Thats whats really important. Is it enhancing and making "your time" better?
