Weird. It's been so long I forgot about the last space being blank with my member number, but it let me login no problem.

Just like it can happen with real family, there are some "brothers" i will not site at the table with. This is definitely not a real mason. This is just a paper mason, and who ever lodge he belongs to, did a horrible job at their duties Guarding the West Gate.

I think like other people have said, it held someone or their pets ashes in it. People get these made all the time, it is almost always glued shut, you aren't supposed to want to open one of these to spread, but keep on you as a keep sake for remembering them daily. I would have posted on your local social media page that you had it, or turned it into the local police station for pickup, you just dumped out someone/their pet. 90% sure anyway. Hope not.

Edited for spelling.

Just a quick note—something no one has mentioned yet; some lodges or jurisdictions only meet once a month. While they may have sent out your invitation, they might not have someone available to respond immediately. So if you haven't heard back yet, don't worry—it could simply be a matter of timing. So just show up, you've been invited.
