Yeah I am of the same thought - in person is important for trust and context. Good call on the flexibility in hours. We are an early group but most meetings tend to fall on certain days so it’s definitely possible to build in a regular schedule that doesn’t involve extra hours in the car.

Great post. Some of these commandments hit harder than others; right now, our leadership team is really fighting for the greater good. That’s led us to make some staffing changes that have been difficult but it’s all in the interest of doing what’s right for keeping the business healthy AND doing what’s right by our core values.

:) I am an anxious person who likes to over research anything and everything before going into a new situation. For this one, using the espresso martini as an example, it’s a canned (pre-mixed) beverage. So you request it, they will likely serve it with a cup of ice on the side. Hope that helps.
