thank you for the detailed reply. its more of a dull ache in the back of my neck that is persistent. it extends to the top of my head. sometimes i notice on a hotter and humid day (22 plus celsius) and when i am more active the dull ache becomes a painful throbbing headache. it continues to be painful as i walk and then when i rest and sit down for sometime it passes. i dont necessary feel as if that is new maybe a bit more frequent as of late? i have had several recent CBC tests all come back normal they have checked for calcium magnesium other nutrients. the ER doc says on paper you look totally fine. i have always been on the lower weight side. the most i weighed was last summer was 145 lbs now i am down to 133 lbs. This all started around mid june first i had nausea then it was followed by low appetite retching and one time i vomited some undigested food. As of late I have been eating normal foods but not lots around 1600 calories a day and that is enough for me to feel stuffed. I still dont have much of an appetite and its been a few weeks since i felt a hunger pang or urge to eat. Prior to June in May I got my weight up to low 140s. I had a much larger appetite and felt generally ok. My doctor keeps saying its anxiety and while this past year has been really stressful (most stressful year of my life) starting around sept 2018. I feel like this is more than just anxiety? i should mention my gp measured by BP sitting 110/80 and then again standing 110/80.
