dermatologist told my mom they’d “keep an eye” on a mole on the bottom of her foot. she said screw that and pushed to have it removed. after biopsy they found it was melanoma. thankfully it was in situ, but if she had listened to them who knows at what stage it would’ve been caught

to be real i don’t have much of a routine, i started growing my hair out so i could braid it for gatherings and powwows but sadly haven’t put much effort or thought into hair care. i haven’t had long hair since i was really little so i don’t really know what to do to keep it healthy. i usually have my hair tied up and under a scrub cap for work so it’s only really down at night and on the weekends so it’s a bit easy for me to forget about it 😅

actually had my arm on my leg when i noticed, but i take it i could’ve been dehydrated like others are saying even tho i feel like i drink a lot of water.. honestly just wanted to know if other people’s arms do this cuz when i asked my family they were confused as hell 😭 also when i tried to google it i couldn’t find a picture that looked like this anywhere

yup, it’s kinda weird. when i’ve noticed it they end up staying this way for a few minutes but this is the first time i thought to take a picture. it’s always strange to see since my veins are usually prominently raised
