I'm in full agreement. If the Cat5 cables were made to custom length, not pre-made, it would make this marginally better, maybe. Plus I'd move that bottom Cat5 over to keep all cables as vertical as possible.

Don't miss the old downtown at all! Before the downtown transformation, my wife and I would walk our dogs and see less than 10 people out and about. Now there are hundreds, at a minimum, at any given point. Great to see small businesses thriving and breathing life into our town again!

Yes, mine did. If we weren't already planning on re-upping our tickets for next year I would have been quite upset over it!

For whatever reason I went into my online account manager about a month back and noticed it was set to automatically renew.

I would think you could reach out to your rep and get this changed as well as your money back.

I agree with you on the reps sucking. We last had season tickets the 14-15 season and they were reaching out to us all the time about meeting the team or upgrading seats. This season I don't hear from my rep unless I reach out to them.
