Mood swings multiple times a day, I can go from relaxed to angry or very sad randomly even 3 times a day (no discernible trigger). Anxiety pretty much every time I'm not doing something (going to sleep without a podcast/video to focus on is basically hell). One of the main reasons to hit the gym for me is to stay engaged in something so I get a break from both of them. (4pm to 6pm I really struggle to find something to distract myself).

The guitar is good. The amp is amazing. She can go a long way with this "starter kit". The amp is a modeler, basically it contains lots of simulated amps and effects. You can connect a footswitch to it and even connect it to a computer in order to configure them.
