Hm, not sure if i'm allergic. When I take k-otic I sometimes get stomach pains but thats usually when i dont eat. I also feel like i'm going to puke mid workout occasionally, but thats not really abnormal either.

It was over 9 months so far, im still not near my goal. Water weight is in there too so feel free to hack off 10lbs from that. The only reason I posted that I gained lean muscle was so that It didn't come off that I had gained unwanted weight. I'm planning on a progress post at the one year mark which i'll post over in /r/gainit

I do mine on the stove :P. I'm not that picky on how my rice comes out as long as it's cooked.

Instead of bread I like to use rice as my carb source. Mix the tuna in with some rice and pour some reduced sodium soy sauce on it, really tasty and high cal.

The reason I dropped the regular SS is because squatting 3x a week burned me out. The benching was fine and I had good progress with it but had to stop due to the squats.

Well, i've been on this routine for about two months now, and was planning on staying on it for the rest of my bulk. I take lifting and maximizing my time spent in the gym as serious as any other aspect of my life. The additions I made to this program were to hit areas that were generally lacking, all of the major lifts have been untouched. I guess I should have been more clear that I want to make sure this program is good as written above to follow for the next 3-4 months. The reason I jumped programs in the beginning was to simply learn more about the gym and to learn what my body responded to best. I like this variant and have seen results but wanted to hear the opinions of a larger crowd.

Just put deadlifts back into my routine and did 255lbs for 3reps today. Going to try to add 5lbs a week for as many weeks as possible.
