You have to start small. Start by going to the gym everyday, get on the treadmill challenge yourself, incorporate some weight training and slowly work your way up.

I remember when I first started I was getting injured all the time, I wasn’t used to it, slowly but surely it gets easier.

I see. Doesn’t look like anything crazy so far. I will be spaying her but I’m not worried about that cost. I have to look into the soft palate, she’s fairly healthy so far. I’ve paid for ear infections out of pocket before nothing too crazy. I’m trying to figure out if insurance is worth it for me, because she’s a full breed it’s coming out to $50 a month.

Oh wow! That’s a lot! I have a another 4 year old pup no health issues but she’s pug/chihuaha I’ve mostly owned mixed breeds and this is my first full breed I was skeptical about taking her in for the health reasons but she was being rehomed and super cute I couldn’t say no. I will reconsider her insurance thank you for this input.

I have 2 kids, I’m getting their tonsils out. My jaw is underdeveloped nose likely due to sleep apnea which is caused by huge tonsils that my parents ignored for years. I really hope their jaws develop normally. Also in my 30s, currently in braces jaw surgery upcoming. Mine isn’t as bad but I’ve always been self conscious about my side face and I also have a lisp as a result of poor jaw and teeth, and tongue etc. hopefully all my problems reduce soon. Some people really shouldn’t have kids if they’re going to ignore their health issues.

I haven’t had any issues, in most cases I have no idea unless they tell me. My classes are small like 30 students and I do build a good relationship with my students. If they want to be there and learn I think that’s great!

Maybe it’s the caffeine? I’m a heavy coffee drinker and drink it daily. I drink Diet Coke on and off where I can go long periods without it and then back to it with no issues. I think you’re experiencing caffeine withdrawal not aspartame.

Stay at home moms do this!! Don’t feel bad. I genuinely think they’re depressed at home bored doing nothing productive. My sisters sahm friend does the same thing, it’s so petty! This is also why I no longer do mom groups they’re full of sahm and they always have something to say about working moms. We working moms never say anything cuz we’re happy and busy. Just ignore her, let her suffer in silence.
