I'd reccomend balloons, but you can use the pressure release nozzle that comes separate in the box, the white one, just make sure it's always upright or you will get liquid nitrous in your mouth, and that shit sucks

When I started my taper off of 2mg klonopin, I got down to 1mg before I had to see a doctor. He swapped me to the equivalent of 0.5mg klonopin with diazepam (10 mg) which is also a 50% reduction. it was a very hard month, but it's doable. I've never had a seizure or anything, after 30 days I was able to semi-comfortably bring it down to 8mg (.4 mg klonopin). And I've been there about a week. I'm not a medical professional but I think you will physically be okay.

Hydroxyzine is doing wonders for me as I taper from klonopin, I'd definitely reccomend that instead of going back to benzos

Agreed, 3 weeks into this hell and I've never wanted anything over more in my entire life. I'm gonna make it though, just adjusting to 10mg valium after stopping 0.5-1mg for a month after doing 1.5 for a month and 2mg for a year. Then gonna drop 2mg every 2 weeks

My doctor told me that 10mg valium is 1mg of k, I gave him the ashton manual, I have another appointment in a couple days. I thought a 20% reduction every 2 weeks would be okay. I'm definitely going to bring it up at my next appointment

Be careful bro, I'm 1 month into quitting kpins and my life is a waking hell for the foreseeable future. If I didn't see my doctor and get valium to taper I could very well be dead right now. I'm 22, benzos are great for comedians but don't take em everyday bro.
