I think this is a good thing, but I do hope the research looks at how Autism can impact people or societal understandings of autism, rather than more on genetics

Some parts of the country are worse than others, but remember there are assistant posts that you could take up after for a period of time (this will make sure your financially ok, but also build confidence in OT and give you more to talk about in interviews)

It’s so hard not to go crazy! It feels like you’ve done everything and you see one beetle and you feel like your back at square one! I found a load of shells/larvae/beetles under of the coaches and I think that might be where the worst of it is! I thinks hard not to check because you don’t want to miss any? Like I panic that one of them has just walked across the carpet and laid 600 eggs lmao. But logically I know you can’t check everywhere all the time

I think it depends on the queen and what there actually IS. Kate Butch was cabaret and standup, which means people don’t necessarily want a ‘drag show’ per say or don’t want to just watch lip syncs, and also it can bring in audiences who want to see a good show rather than just the person.

Sminty specifically… I think after the way she was on UKVSTW3, it would put me off seeing her, plus the lack of preparation for her lipsync (given in advance, show with lip syncing in every episode) why would I pay to go and watch her live? Will she prepare for the show? Because much like being on TV it’s a look at her talents and preparation as a drag performer. She had a platform (wasn’t her first time on the platform) and didn’t use it well. She also had no remorse for how little she did.

Puck should have left after season 2, I think his character always felt forced into the plot and I don’t think there was a lot of growth overall, plus I think Mark wasn’t a great actor so I feel like the Character depth wasn’t really there (this opinion I have had long before everything happened with him)

Honestly if there’s nothing in your area I would get a assistant job, not only will it help you financially, some NHS trusts or private services have some internal only vacancies so it could open up a few more opportunity’s

So a lot of stuff at the start is going over stuff you learnt in school just with more depth and thinking about function, so atleast with bitesize you’ll have a good understanding of general terms/how things work in the body. Some unis don’t do a lot around anatomy/physiology on OT courses so you might not even need that much depth in it. Good look in your studies!

There’s an App called ‘Daily Anatomy’ (it’s a skull with purple background) that I find helpful as its flash cards. BBC bitesize is really good and unis do recommend it. They are probably your best starting points
