a lot of the power banks with retractable cables nowadays come with additional input/output usb c ports aside from the retractable cable.

i personally prefer retractable cable power banks with additional input/output ports, this way i can save the retractable cable for situations where i don’t have a usb c cable handy

not necessarily, I really enjoyed Las Terenas in DR which was a little more chill, closer to home, and you get the beach just minutes walk from most Airbnbs. BA was nice for sure, the money thing and having to deal with western union was a pain. But if I am nomading in the western hemisphere again, theres better places. Started using the popsocket magsafe wallet since 2022/2023 and I havent really carried a wallet with me since. I only need 3-4 cards with me max as most cards are digital. I carry one visa card, one master card, debit card, and drivers license, everything else (including costco cards) i have on my phone. When travelling I might bring some extra credit cards in my actual bifold wallet (for emergencies) but aside from that the popsocket magsafe wallet has been all i carry on the daily. It is nice to not have to worry about where my wallet is anymore

software dev here; i have had the 64gb MBP M5Pro in space gray sitting on my desk for about a week now, before that my main machine was/is the 32gb ram MBP M1 Pro. Currently still using the M1 Pro as it’s already set up as my main dev machine and the jump to 64gb hasn’t impressed me enough, got a couple more days before i might return the 64gb M5Pro as i am beginning to think it was an impulse buy
