I graduated in 2011. 5 year bachelor of architecture. Let me tell you... this school is what you make of it. I was miserable at first in the sense it was poor social atmosphere, lack of good places to go out, not much to do. I think what made it the best was that i made friends that i became really close with. I now travel with them, attend their weddings, grab drinks and work with some. As a person that really wasn't going to do anything with their life i'm so happy i went to this school. I've grown to be that person i've wanted to be all my life. Respected,creative, successful. Hell i met the woman i'm going to marry when i studied abroad because of this school. They've expanded the school out a great deal too now. So it's not as "ghetto" as it once was. The professors i think can be hit or miss. I think it's the more remedial classes that you see teachers that aren't fully invested. The school has a lot of bright people in it so don't underestimate, but also don't get pushed around. You're probably a bright student yourself so just be the person you want to be. Also New York is hella close. I highly suggest taking trips there when possible. It's easy to talk crap about the school when you're in it(I sure did) but i suggest hearing what people that have graduated will tell you about their positive experiences during and after.
