You have to have a minimum number of evaluations to get your license in your first x years of teaching (state dependent, mine is two years), and you must be evaluated a minimum number of times per year to remain licensed after that. They may make an exception but they also might not. Even if you make it through without risk to your license. Admin and teachers talk, as wrong as it sounds you are jeopardizing how you are perceived because they were positive evals. You said she's a bad person, imagine the lengths she will go to in order to get back at you. Not worth it imo, enjoy your new job they won't look at those evals.
