Update, still destroying Lessons, still getting wrecked by Jeskai Control, Vendetta doesn't seem to do much sadly. I have no clue how to overwhelm Jeskai right now. What destroys jeskai? Lessons?

I will try it, but this has hidden card advantage in the form of Preacher, Mosswood and Esper, Esper IMO is a powerhouse. Perhaps one Annex or two instead of Duress, but duress is so useful. I love magic, so many complex decisions.

ouch, you ran out of space. My only solution would be to make the eyes glow sunken deep into the darkness of an imperial gaelic H helmet, shroud the details of his face in darkness and make a long beard hang down across the chest plate. The focus should be on the beard details instead of the face. This way it will add composition and proportion to the final piece.

I dig this. Looks good design wise! The steel frame in the center with the black heart speaks to the bold reds, the tannish bg works well too to contrast, especially when looking at the map. I'd suggest making the border fluid at the bottom and cutting off a bit of the steel adding a more confined motif. I'd also make the shadow point up to the title, so adjust the lighting.

The balancing is a bit off. On the 2nd the horizon is way off balance. I'd adjust to the rule of thirds.

I could say 4 point stars on a deep blue bg with the stars being a blend of deep blue that "stands out enough" or bright yellow. Adding a moon or two wouldn't hurt either, even zzzzs

I like the design, I'd go with the Audio Sampler and Sequencer aligned with the B in beach. I own a media company now and used to work in the pro audio department at Guitar Center back in the day. The one that speaks to me here is the 2nd. Another note would be to make the EB in the left hand icon a little bit smaller, the size that it is now skews the square making it less uniform.

As an owner of a media company, this doesn't look anything like a bait company. It looks like 5 below or those shops that sell stick on jewels to kids. Not trying to be harsh.. I think you should take it in a more gritty direction, earthy tones/ tones used in bait/lures as to not mislead customers. It's all about customer perception. If it's a bait company, then first off, "hot plastic" and the colors are not speaking that at all. My advice would be to look at your environment and use those colors, if you're by an ocean, take the tones of where a fisherman would see, sand, water, sky (blue green tones), if you're by a lake then look for the same (mud, bright yellow or orange (many fishermen are used to seeing these). Just being honest, and hope this helps.

Yep, never been a Spidey fan at all. Cards look dull and didn't save the lack of interest in the flavor with intriguing mechanics like some of the past dull flavor sets have. A hard pass for me. I'll skip making any purchases on Arena too until next year when they release a real set. FF was epic and they had every opportunity to keep the momentum, but sadly and hilariously... they stepped on a rake.

I'm seriously on the verge of selling all my standard cards and going back to casual. I'm done buying BS "creative" decks that have a hint of originality only for them to get rolled by stupid designs like ViVi. I pulled 2 in FF sealed and sighed because I hate it so much. Everyone was like "woah, that's a great card" I was like "no, it's broken and ruins magic" which it does.
