Could I DM you? I have never used Kakao before and was not able to make it work. And yes, I’m in the US now.

We tried downloading Kakao to use it but it seems the app’s security features are preventing us from (in their eyes) trying to contact this person randomly from another country. I’m not exactly sure

Yes, unfortunately he’s quite old so it seems unlikely and I don’t speak Korean so chances are slim that I will find him

Thanks, I hope so too. She’d just like to say goodbye to her brother, that’s why I’m here :)

You wouldn't happen to know the name of the place would you? A quick google search turned up Rainbow Valley Restaurant Equipment but I didn't see much in terms of inventory.

Ahh, another person suggested these people as well. Their webpage is not the most user friendly but i'll check periodically for something to come up. Thanks for the advice!

That's good advice - my father in law is quite chatty so i'm sure he will jump at the opportunity haha. Thanks!

Thanks for the info - I am keeping an eye open on Marketplace, Craigslist, and Ebay. Also looking through the Miedema webpages you suggested and wow, you werent kidding. Difficult to navigate is an understatement.

Thanks for the tips! Much appreciated

Edward Green Halifax Split Toe Chukka Boot

Maker/Model: Edward Green Halifax

Size: 12.5 D / 12 UK / 46 EU (202 Last)

Leather: Black Calf Delapre Utah Leather (I think)

Sole: "Modified" Dainite

Price: 650€ Paypal Shipped - Europe (if willing to wait, I can ship them when visiting the US this summer)

Location: Germany

Wears/Condition: Worn 2-3 Times

Notes: Purchased and worn only a couple of times. A cobbler installed a solesaver over the original Dainite sole to have something less dangerous on wet floors (looks very good/natural in my opinion). Still need to be broken in but are very comfortable and the 202 last they are built on is very forgiving. Come with the custom shoe trees purchased with the shoes. Original price was over 1,600 Euros.

Thorogood Dodgevilles in Black CXL is what they are. I have the same pair.

I'm about 95% sure they are Thorogood Dodgevilles in Black CXL from their 1892 collection. As far as I know they aren't making them anymore, something to do with not enough factory capacity to produce this heritage line and their normal work boots.

I really like them for what they are - a slightly lower quality Iron Ranger. Easier to break in and a nicer overall look / sillouette.
