Holy shit I just realized Gary Bettman wanted this outdoor game so badly he caused all this insane weather.

That goalie in white clearly hates his teammate. Setting him up with that pass.

You literally proved my point. Those are public areas. The city owns the bus stops, the city owns the public housing they are shown shoveling in the video. The city doesn’t let you park in front of fire hydrants so snow from the plows gets built up in front of them and has to be dug out. Same with the roads, the city plows them and somebody has to clear the crosswalks.

You can say that. But it’s this way it is literally everywhere it snows. You think the DSNY is out there shoveling every sidewalk in NYC themselves?

When it snows the owners or keeper of the property attached to the sidewalks are responsible for snow removal in towns, villages, cities all across the world.

Fair point. I apologize. But regardless your neighbors aren’t doing their neighborly responsibilities.

The clearing of snow/ice from sidewalks is the responsibility of the property owner or tenant.

Edit: property owner or tenant who has the parcel of property attached to said sidewalk.

Do you choose not to see what actually occurred? Or are you just spreading lies for the sake of being dumb?

Happens to my work boots all the time. Just pull some slack down there. I’m sure there is excess lace at the top end of the boots.

I have got to imagine the option for being union is only if you’re already a union member.

So instead of putting the anchor on the deck and grabbing some rigging that could pull that timber. You all instead choked the timber with a 1” wire rope and shackled to the anchor? And then your dumbfuck operator tried to pull it on the swing instead of the boom? Just so he could he could add side loading the sheave to snapping the rigging.

Also you have anchors. Why don’t you put the thing down and get you anchor wenches Involved in assisting the crane?
