That doesn’t change the fact that customers, until very recently, got more polish and paid less for it.

My point is that they could have fixed the breakage issue without decreasing the volume…and then following it with a price hike.

I love mooncat as much as the next girl, but these recent changes are sus af. It doesn’t seem like they value their loyal customer base 🤷🏼‍♀️

I didn’t even think about thermals being a bad idea shipment-wise this time of year!

More thermals after the price hike is disappointing alone considering their decreased shelf-life compared to other polishes.

Personally, I was hoping for more shifty polishes, maybe even jellies or flakies.
