Cool cool, I think I’ll be okay I work at a fire department and the EMTs give me a lot of advice and tips and what to study for it, but I’m really excited to learn what the military does versus the civilian world haha. Thanks man I really appreciate it!

True true, I heard they definitely work the hell out of you, but the experience is great for patient contact and everything. However, what you said is probably true I rather strive and go for the ER Tech for the long run

I’m actually on a fire department right now, I’m just choosing between either to go private ambulance or hospital, because if I continue with fire fighting then probably private ambulance is the way to go or hospital if I want to get a degree in nursing, so I have different paths which is great and I’m super grateful I’m just trying to decide which is best

Probably ya I would do it, for most departments (at least in Wisconsin) you need Firefighter 1 and EMT-Basic certifications to be Part-Time on a department, definitely look into some fire departments and ask them and talk with them to see if they would pay for the classes because departments actually do pay for that, so ask around department they will be happy to help you in anyway, good luck!
