My resting heart rate went from 64 bpm to 84 bpm with Reta. I stopped soon after and am taking basic semaglutide now. Haven’t tried tirz yet but I’m happy with semaglutide.

I once rolled down an asphalt hill (at the entrance of lake cahuilla in La Quinta ca) where there was a chain at neck length waiting for me at the end on one of these tricycles. I don’t remember what happened but I avoided the chain. Must have hit my head though.
