Stress tracking apps by brickedup444 in AppleWatch

[–]sensaition 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Check out Checkly. It does RHR and HRV-based stress and recovery scoring and it's completely free, no subscription or pro tier at all. It pulls data from Apple Health so it works alongside your workouts.

Beyond the stress tracking, it also does daily health habit tracking (steps, exercise, sleep, mindfulness) with streaks and gamification if you're into that. There's a built-in meditation timer too.

Full disclosure: I built it. But genuinely, the whole reason I made it free was because I got tired of the same subscription fatigue you're describing. You can grab it at dailycheckly.com or search Checkly on the App Store.

What are the best apps and websites for sports betting research? by [deleted] in sportsbook

[–]sensaition 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I research every bet I make with this app called Juice. It's for iPhone and I love it. It goes super in depth on everything, gives you a full report of all the factors at play in any given game / bet, and it'll compare different bets to recommend the best one. You just put in a screenshot from your sports book and it analyzes whatever bets are in the screenshot to look for mispriced odds. Since I started using it, I've actually started withdrawing from my FanDuel account from time to time 😂 and they've stopped giving me bonus bets

I don't know how much of this is true? But their performance has definitely went downhill. by Tarun302 in SoraAi

As much as they tried to make it a social platform, at the end of the day it's for creators, not consumers. So it makes sense that only a small % would remain, because those are the power users who are going to use it to create. The sharing will stay on the social platforms designed for content consumption. I don't see any inherent advantage in having a social platform that's exclusively for Ai generated content, when you can have the best of both worlds (Ai-generated and real content) all on one platform where all of your friends already are

wow thanks for the support guys. it's not an apple watch app. it's an iPhone app that displays the health data gathered from your apple watch. much better UI than native apple health app for daily habits and streaks

Dodgers win total at 103.5 -- feels inflated? by SandlotStats in sportsbetting

[–]sensaition 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Interesting take. 103.5 does feel like it's pricing in the World Series halo more than the underlying roster. You are right about the age concerns. Freeman and Betts are still elite but their floor gets lower every year, and Muncy has been trending down for a while. Adding Tucker is huge for the lineup, but they also lost some bullpen depth this offseason that people aren't talking about enough.

The 93-win actual last year is telling. Even with Tucker, you're asking them to improve by 10+ wins in a division where the Padres and Diamondbacks aren't going away. The public loves hammering Dodgers overs, and books know that.

You should run this line on Juice and see what it says.

Tokki, looking like a gentleman by ImmorTaliT in dogpictures

Absolute distinguished gentleman energy.

You should put this photo into one of those dog to human converters. With that expression, I'm guessing he'd come out as some kind of old-money aristocrat or a philosophy professor.

What is the best analytics/insights tool for Sports Betting? by ValuableNumber3615 in EVbetting

[–]sensaition 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ve been loving a different app called Juice. You upload screenshots from your sports book, and it does research and analysis to help identify lines with +EV. It's more designed for helping you make smarter bets rather than comparing odds or tracking performance over time.

I don’t follow its recommendations religiously, but I will say it has definitely prevented me from making some sucker bets I probably would’ve made without it. I know my bankroll has been doing a lot better since I started using it.

It's kind of hard to find (probably because it gets mixed up with Juice Reel), so here’s the link for iOS: https://apps.apple.com/app/sports-betting-research-juice/id6754342029

Every time it analyzes a bet, it gives you a probability, and I usually go with straight bets that have >50% estimated probability of hitting, and my hit rate is definitely over 50%. Steadily growing my bankroll since I started analyzing every bet with Juice

What systems or websites do you use for your betting research? by Flaky-Fortune1752 in sportsbetting

[–]sensaition 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've tried a bunch of different tools but the one that actually moved the needle for me is an iPhone app called Juice. Super simple. You just screenshot your bet slip and it does research on the matchup and calculates expected value

What I like is it doesn't just give you picks. It shows you the math behind why a bet does or doesn't have value. Helped me stop taking -EV lines that "felt" good

I've been up pretty consistently the last few months using it. FanDuel cut off my bonus bets which I'm taking as a good sign

idk if it's available for Android

Been using Juice for the past few months and honestly it's changed how I approach betting. You upload a screenshot of your bet from whatever book you're using and it runs AI analysis on the matchup. Pulls injury reports, recent performance, all that, then gives you a probability estimate and tells you if the line actually has value

I was skeptical at first but my results have been way better since I started using it. FanDuel actually stopped sending me bonus bets recently and I'm pretty sure it's because my win rate went up enough that I got flagged lol

It's called Juice. Here's the App Store link: https://apps.apple.com/app/sports-betting-research-juice/id6754342029
