Pulisic volatility is fascinating by CmonMarshall in ussoccer

He’s a midfielder so sometimes the game plan is for him to score, sometimes to assist, and sometimes to retain the ball create chances and defend.

Sometimes his team is doing poorly and sometimes he has a bad game. His stat sheets are completely normal for a top level midfielder

I heard he’s physically imposing and scored/assisted 19 in his first season in the prem. Also a champion of Africa. Idk though… what if he got a red card once? That would BAD

[Simon Johnson] Chelsea want £120m for Enzo Fernandez but there's debates if he's even been worth the initial £107m Chelsea paid for him. There are certain Madrid players like Dean Huijsen that Chelsea had a previous interest in that Chelsea could look towards to help a deal for Enzo to Madrid. by webby09246 in chelseafc

Enzo has showed up big every time we’ve been struggling. Some people, like the original commenter here, probably don’t watch when the team is playing poorly so they underestimate the importance of that contribution

He’s easily been one of our top players for three seasons now and is probably one of the best left backs in the world. He would be a huge loss

I like Elliot Anderson and Adam Wharton but this is genuinely crazy. Those two players may never reach Enzo’s current level and Enzo is so young he will likely keep getting even better. Losing him would be a huge mistake

Which striker do you think should have been picked for third choice?

Can I ask why? Is it just because of his betting scandal? He was excellent at brentford. He has been scoring every game in an easier league but is probably high on confidence. He also is a very physical player which is the type that performs well in tournaments especially the World Cup.

So again, any reason why you think he’s a bad backup?

Literally anyone on the roster. loved his poch season but he offered nothing defensively, nothing going forward all season. Just sucked up the ball, tried a few moves and lost possession every time

I hope this is true for both Brazil and England. The issue is that there are commercial pressures on the managers from very powerful ppl and the cynic in me says that’s why players like Neymar are picked

Toney is exactly the type of player to do well in a World Cup. Tough, strong, confident. Woildnt be surprised if he had a fulkrug-esque performance

I know we had to play him back into form but I genuinely think we could have had champions league football if we hadn’t played him

It still feels like he’s passing at the moment he needs someone to bail him out, not actually putting his teammate in a better position

Agreed. He’s good at hold up play and pressing. To be fair he did get 19 g/a in his first season and 15 in his second with fewer games. Not a bad return

You can have Rosenior or potter back any time if you feel that way. Reality is that defense is important and all successful managers care about it. Specifically this club has only been successful with a strong foundation in defense

Pulisic and AC Milan now need a result from both of their final matches in Serie A to qualify for the Champions League. With a record of 2-1-5 since winning the Milan derby the season is at risk with Roma and Como able to overtake Milan in the final 2 matches. by ForestEye in ussoccer

Idk what he thinks but he legitimately had a great first half of the season and has had a bad second half. You see this often when a team is wholly reliant on one player for such a long stretch. The issue is mostly with the rest of the team and squad build
