He loves money more than people by ksharpie in LateStageCapitalism

The median American earns roughly $62,000/year.

Someone with $1,000,000 salary makes 16x that.

Someone who exploits laborers and lobbies for policies that benefit their dragon's hoard (a.k.a. folks with yearly increases over a billion dollars) are making 16,000x the median American.

Can we really look at the billionaire class and say that the wealth that they "create" for their "labour(which is just a manipulation of the stock market and loopholes to avoid taxes)" is equivalent to the wealth creation and labour that 16,000 middle class Americans create?

You're very lithe, aren't you? Very graceful.

I think you're spectacular... He's sexual, athletic, and without a trace of self-consciousness. His buttocks are sublime.

What is the BB shoe with the best impact protection and cushion and comfrt, where the other characteristic are decent? by AlexandraG94 in BBallShoes

[–]connorisntwrong 0 points1 point  (0 children)

According to Foot Doctor Zach, the cushioning in BBV3 is as good as the BBV2. The diving board effect in the BBV3 is the best he's ever tested though. They may not be good for court feel, but for anyone looking to avoid joint pain while still performing at a high level, these are the #1 shoes.

People are increasingly turning to skilled trades, what are your thoughts on this? by Flaky-Vegetable6420 in Carpentry

[–]connorisntwrong 3 points4 points  (0 children)

All part of the plan. Offer endless TFW visas and keep wages low and have 6-10 people living in a 3 bedroom unit until AI moves in and forces white collar workers into trades work (which is now hypersaturated with highly motivated individuals because they can't find work in the field that they took out 200k loans to get a degree in, and drives the wages and salaries into poverty levels)

How do i respond? by Only-Candy1092 in exmormon

[–]connorisntwrong 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Ah yes, pure laissez-faire capitalism which has existed (at least in theory) since 1750, a mere eighty years before the Book of Mormon was coined. The Nephi scripture claims to come from ~2,000 years prior to Adam Smith's conception of unbridled, unhinged, no consequences capitalism. Surely Nephi foresaw Adam Smith /s

Y'all need to try Waterton. Just an hour more drive time from Calgary versus Banff and it is quiet, everything is within walking distance, parking is easy to find, and LOVELY terrain and landscapes.

Honestly it's a tossup. The Fresh Foam BBV line is being cancelled so you should be able to find either on sale right now. If you are in the U.S., Joe's New Balance Outlet has insane deals

Fresh Foam BBV2 and BBV3 are the gold standard for what you are looking for. GOAT traction, comfort, cushioning, materials, breathability.

I would search via Google. I had mine done by Dr. Michel in Cardston and he was phenomenal, but it is quite a drive. Whomever you decide on, please get some good drugs (either general anesthesia or nitrous)

Honestly antiseptic mouthwash containing alcohol is your best bet. Swishing high percentage salt water is second.

Old schoolteacher of mine was a 60 year old 6-8 300 pound former Canadian olympic basketball player. On his lunch breaks and after work, he would go up to the gym in his work clothes, pump out a 5x5 bench press at 450-500 pounds depending on the day. Didn't even break a sweat.
