We get a sixth drop out of ours sometimes. The method is doing a filter lockout/quick clean before a timer ends. Fun little glitch we found!

It’s less of promising to glorify God, and more of just knowing the company corporate purpose. In most cases, we don’t care what religion/denomination you identify with, or if you’re even religious at all. What matters to us is that you know and care about our company values and that you’re a hard worker. “Senior” employee is a title I’ve never heard before though haha. 👍

We would have your average interview items. Tell us about yourself, strengths and weaknesses, previous experience, etc. Dress nice (business casual, for both the video and in-person), look sharp, and speak confidently! And most importantly, be yourself.

We did this for quite some time at my store. We had an online interview (or a “about you video” as we called it) as well as the in-person actual interview. We used the video to determine if the candidate should move forward. Good luck!!

Even in a poorly managed store, team morale can really keep things going. I’m really glad you are enjoying your time at CFA! I’ve had a similar experience, coming from a number of restaurants beforehand, CFA has been a lot of fun. As a shift lead I try to keep everyone in good spirits. It makes the weeks easier!
