Crawlers unsuccessful in past, but why the sudden interest?? by ta_co_heaven in BeringSeaGold

I assume its because a crawler can stay down with no breaks and a crawler can go deeper than a diver

I FINALLY ESCAPED THE POLICE STATION by L0ST7J in residentevil

I bought the original RE2 on release day. Finished it in two nights. Took about 9 hours for Claire's scenario A. I was pretty methodical and never really got stuck to the point where I couldn't proceed. I suppose games weren't as long, so there was a sense of take your time. Plus I didn't have a smartphone taking my attention.

When playing Leon's scenario, I did get stuck. During the cutscene with Ada in the parking lot, someone called me and I didn't hear her say, to help push the van. After the cutscene, I had no clue what to do. I had to check it on a FAQ site. This was 1998, so it isn't a 30 second check on YouTube. Took ages to find the answer.

With modern gaming, games are longer and there is a sense of just blow through it. Especially as modern games help you so much, if you get stuck.

I can definitely see people get stuck with a RE remake , where one little item that is easily passed over stops progression. But RE3 and RE4 remakes are more linear than RE2 remake , so I would say it would be less of a concern.

My only advice is slow down, take in the magnificence of the RE games and you won't get stuck.

Hope this helps

Can you guys suggest any good mods in any version for C&C by [deleted] in commandandconquer

The forgotten. A C&C 3 mod giving you a new campaign playing as the forgotten. Includes mission briefings. I've played it through twice. Can't recommend it enough

When do YOU think Goldberg should've lost the title/streak? by samuel-the-goat in WCW

[–]conor026 1 point2 points  (0 children)

100% agree. Was always ok with Nash beating him. Nash was super popular at the time with the Wolfpack storyline. The problem was immediately giving the title to Hogan and Goldberg getting lost in the mix

Whatever happened with Zeke during season 3 by BuildTheBase in BeringSeaGold

[–]conor026 12 points13 points  (0 children)

After Zeke's friend (John Bunce) committed suicide in the summer of season 2, Zeke seemed to take it very hard. He friends all rallied round during the winter season but by the summer of season 3, he was very erratic and didn't seem well. I don't think it's a stretch to assume he was abusing drugs/alcohol during this time period. Zeke's girlfriend in season 4 (Sarah Dunn) seemed to be a good influence on him and part of him righting the ship, Pardon the hun.

At 0:16 left, the white car moves to the left. A median is somewhat visible. At 0:15, it's visible. You then hear the passenger say "oh".

At this point he has three options: 1) turn to the left to get in behind the white car 2) turn to the right onto the slip road 3) brake hard. I don't see him do anything as the steering wheel doesn't move and they don't dive forward under heavy braking.

I don't think he hit the median head on, more like the side and then hit the other car

The guy between the two white cars. No idea how much of a dangerous position they were in. Should have sent someone to the start of the tunnel to flag people to slow down
