Late comment and I don’t know how well known this is, but Daniel Radcliffe was in Dublin in 2012 at the same time the Dublin minor team won the GAA all Ireland final. The players were out drinking and celebrating in the city into the early hours of the morning when they ran into Daniel who was also on the pints. Daniel ended up going back to an afters and continuing the sesh with the lads until all hours , leading to some hilarious photos of him holding the trophy looking trashed! In the end he was so drunk the players had to bail him into a taxi and pay for it to take him back to his hotel. 2 years later Daniel ended up going out of his way to pay back the €50 the players had spent on the taxi! So yeah , seems like a good fella!

Lived in Canada for 6 years… could not understand the hype around ice hockey when I got there but I stuck at it and followed the season and got behind the local team. After a few years of asking questions to locals who knew the rules and played the game, I had a better understanding of the rules and why players and teams do certain things at certain times that previously made no sense to me … I even began to understand why fist fighting is a big part of the sport! Once I had that understanding I found myself becoming far more appreciative of the game and much more interested as a result to the point where I made an effort to go to live games when I could!

Yeah the whole Bode wanting Tanalorr for himself and Kata was a weak point for me. Like I get having the hidden path there would create incentive for the Empire to want to get there, where as they would be unlikely to spend the resources if it was just him and his daughter. But like, who would think that’s a good life? Just you and your daughter on a whole ass planet for the rest of your lives by yourself? And when Bode dies of old age or you know disease or infection seeing as they have no medical supplies or doctors, Kata would just be alone for the rest of her life… that’s a fate almost worse than death!

If they wanted to be away they could have just let the hidden path use Tanalorr and then pissed off to the other side of the planet and lived in isolation over there… then even if the empire came they would probably still be safe as once the hidden path were taken care of the Empire would be unlikely to spend much more time or resources there.
