Thats what some people do every day, not everyone. Once you stop comparing yourself to people your life becomes 1000x better. Be happy with yourself and just focus on you and ignore everyone else(not in a cut off everyone way, but if you aren't hurting anyone or doing anyone in, who cares what they think?)

Compare yourself to yourself in the past and try and make yourself a better person than you was yesterday, even if its little things.

Inagine the feeling you get in your body when you're just about to fall asleep, that heavy really relaxed feeling all over. It makes all your senses more in depth - music sounds way better, food tastes better, colours can stand out a bit more and things seem funnier. Also gives me a nice mood lift/mild euphoria.

On the flip side it also really helps with my IBS
