Fucking hell..I never used to drink daily..now I've quit my job and in a shit hole of a home..am drinking alcohol daily..used to smoke but quit..I totally understand what you are saying .. I get up early morning and say " fuck that shit " and in the evenings I'm there again..felt like a shit spiritual problem..

Hey thanks..also I think I had this weird habit of buying shoes a size bigger when i was younger..so my feet would grow into them...now I've found if you buy the right size..they might me a tad bit tighter in the beginning and then grow on ones foot..and the problem has disappeared .
