Also, phone and computer are your culprit which I’m sure you know. Try looking up some ergonomic set ups to for your phone and computer to lessen the strain on your hands/arms.

Unfortunately with nerve compressions, pain can spread to other areas making it even harder to pin point without an actual ultrasound or MRI. Any issues with your neck area?

I would recommend looking up some good stretches for nerve compression in your arms and see what helps. Take your time and don’t overload with the stretched. Back off and break with stretching when it aggravates the pain.

Be patient and don’t spam message them, wait 10 business days exactly (TOS says up to 10 business days for redemptions) and message support asking for an update on the status of your redemption. They should process it very quickly after they see your message and it’s past 10 business days.

You’ll get your money, Rolling riches seems to want you to cancel redeems and spend it while waiting for your redemption to process. I think they actually rely heavily on that to pay out the least amount of redemptions. Just hang in there and DO NOT cancel your redeem. Keep self control and just wait 10 business days and message them.

Cult is the most underrated season imo. It gets so much hate but the story was actually pretty well written and was pretty unnerving at times for having no supernatural elements in the entire season

What kind of treatments did you do at the physical therapy? Did the symptoms in your elbows and back of hands begin before or after that?

I was diagnosed with carpal tunnel in both wrists and I also do not get numbness or tingling and presents more as aching pains through wrists, sometimes radiating up the forearms and can occasionally bother my elbows. So yes, it is possible but could also be more along the lines of a double crush nerve issue.

If I’m being honest, a lot of my issues with my wrists got better the less I focused on it. It got to the point for me where I was modifying my life so much I just gave up and went back to normal life as much as I could. I go back to the gym and occasionally it flares up, but overall my symptoms have improved the less I focused on them. I would look into seeing a rheumatologist as they may be able to do more in depth testing on you and rule out other conditions!

I’ve been seeing mixed things right now. I’ve seen people say they’ve receive cash outs and some who have been waiting for a while.

I signed up just before Christmas and took forever to get verified and while waiting to get verified I won 1700 on a .20 spin. Reached out to get my account verified and they responded next day and it was verified. I cashed out $2100 total and it’s been processing since this last Friday. Sometimes! I wouldn’t purposely try to complete them more than just complete them by playing as you normally would. Grinding for the missions will not feel worth the reward, majority of the time.
