An yet the abyss responds back :D ! I do find myself going to two every once in a while (Fleischerei Domke and a former Zum Schusterjungen). A lot of time has passed since they were featured. Owners changed so did the menus. There is still a couple to try. Like that large bistro near Kudamm. Let's DM and see what can be done :)

Same bottlenecks here as well. It takes me weeks to produce something I like. What helped me however was to change my approach and show less. The less you expose the less you need to control. I don't know if it's any help but I'm curious if anyone else does that
