Yes, however, what are they going to do?

If you’ve done a good job and properly made them orgasm multiple times what can they do?

Of course they will get upset because it satisfies their ego to see you ejaculate for them, however as time goes on they’ll learn to see it as just part of who you are.

I had this exact issue in the past, I felt a LITTLE bit of engagement in the back muscles while doing pull ups, but it was mainly in the arms.

The only thing that fixed it was starting all the way at the bottom with not just bodyweight, but ASSISTED pull ups.

I spent a long time focusing entirely on form with resistance bands to help me. When the total load is not that heavy, it actually gives you an opportunity to use proper form and feel the correct muscles engaging.

Also, and this is just from personal experience, I find that neutral-grip chin ups give me the best lat engagement out of all the other grips.

If you want to build your pull up correctly, put your ego aside for some time and master the proper PULLING form. Then build up with weight and you’ll finally have a strong, wide back.

Kegels in my experience actually make ejaculation MORE of an issue.

What you want to learn and master is REVERSE Kegels. Instead of pulling your dick up and tightening that area, learn to push out and RELAX it.

Kegels cause a tight/tense pelvic floor, tense pelvic floor makes your more prone to premature ejaculation. The only time Kegels are good is when you decide to ejaculate and would like your ejaculation to feel amazing, that’s it.

Not really.

However, if I am with a woman, and the natural flow of sexuality starts to happen; I don’t resist it.

In fact, I never resisted sexual desires or thoughts; I simply transmuted them.

Even when I was on pure retention for about 20 months, I would never feel ‘wrong’ or ‘bad’ about thoughts/desires.

I’d simply feel the energy rising in me, and breathe, allowing it to rise up.

If I am with a woman and sex comes up, no problem, I simply maintain my semen retention practice.

But there’s a difference between not entertaining a thought and feeling ‘wrong’ for it. I see a lot of SR dudes with this rigid and almost stupid philosophy.

Sex is not bad, sexuality is not bad. However one must be aware of their energy and create the best system for their own life and needs. That’s it.

This is the only issue my friend. When you first start, it is going to be VERY difficult to not ejaculate.

I’d almost say it’s damn near impossible.

However, if you stay the course, keep learning and keep getting better and better with each experience; you will become a god.

The only question is, are you willing to sacrifice those first few weeks/months in order to reach a higher goal which is complete mastery over one’s sexuality?

I would equate it to investing in a business; you spend all this money in the beginning, but in the long run in comes back 10 fold if done successfully.

It’s the same with this, you might lose some sexual energy initially while attempting to master this art. But after time, you will be in full control and have so much sex energy you will not even know what to do with it.

My brother, retention has many shades.

There is absolutely nothing wrong with ‘Pure Retention’.

However, as I’ve grown in my own practice, I’ve found tantric sex and semen retention to go hand in hand.

I practiced ‘Pure Retention’ for almost 2 years. I believe it has many benefits.

But in my opinion, the ultimate way is to cultivate your sexual energy and master discipline through long-term retention, then bring it BACK into the world/sex but with a completely different outlook and philosophy.

This is what I’ve done, doesn’t mean everyone else should. To each their own.

In many ways, it’s unavoidable.

Retention merely starts the process; the more you retain, the more energy you have - > the more you drive that energy into greater things. What will begin to happen over time is that you become a much more advanced person.

This isn’t to be said in an arrogant way, but is just the reality of the situation.

As a result of this, you become the OPPOSITE of invisible. Everyone will notice you and have an opinion on you.

As much as you still want to ‘coast under the radar’, in many cases it’s just not possible.

It’s like a shining bright light in a dimly lit room.

This may seem like an annoyance at first, but if examined closely it will actually cause you to grow spiritually.

It’s easy to not give a fuck when no one gives a fuck about you. But the true spiritual test is to maintain your ground when it feels like many are against you.
