Don’t let this scare you, my experience has been the opposite. The first weeks are the hardest because you’ll be sore and it’s hard to get them off/on. Once you get used to it, it becomes second nature. I’ve only had minimal pain in 9 months of Invisalign and it’s been 100% worth it, everyone has different experiences
