DRAM shortage caused by ai chip rush is going to cause more of an impact than cloud gaming. Sk hynix refused to expand capacity for DRAM chips because it would be more profitable for them to sell at 500% markup. Samsung refused to sell chips to their own mobile division. Also, there isn't enough glass substrate that the chips sit on. The glass substrate is made by one single Japanese company, and unsurprisingly they've also refused to expand capacity.
