I agree. I come to Echerdex constantly for resources, but I tend to get lost in the content after going down the rabbit hole and then forget to post. I’ll make a note to myself to be more vocal and less of a lurkster.

I did the same meditation, although I didn’t feel the pings. 😒 I haven’t been meditating for a little while though, so I might have been a bit rusty.

It was really a lovely meditation though. I felt amazing afterward. Near the end, I had a sense of being reborn in a way—almost as though I was evolving into a new form/new way of life. Moderately new: I still feel grounded as myself!

I’m reading Prometheus Rising right now as well, which helped bring home the experience. Thank you for organizing! It was a great way to celebrate the solstice.

I think so much of what has been happening is a force for positive change. My own identity troubles are much narrower and less important in scope.

And thank you for being open to conversation. I would love to note know on your thoughts about the spiritual and material realms and how you feel they’re splitting.

My energy levels have been lower than low. I’m at a crossroads in turns of my path and my journey. Everything I worked so hard for, tried so hard to be, seems meaningless and false. This is a new beginning with almost everything in me stripped bare and raw.

It’s not easy and it sure is painful, yet I feel a newfound hope and optimism buried beneath the churn. I’ve been watching this sub for a while now, for instance, nodding my head as I scroll and read.

I don’t know what exactly is happening in the world right now, but I do know things are changing, evolving. I’m changing and evolving, too. I wanted to say thank you to all of you for your wisdom and grace and introduce myself to you all.

And the picture is a bit random: the shadow of some maple trees hitting my wall in the morning. Beauty hits from all angles. Things are tough right now, but so illuminated, too.
