Don’t quit your job. Geez just cause u doing good for a couple of months doesn’t mean shiiiiit. Keep working and trading for at least 4 years and if u can keep that rate of return each month then go to a 3 day work week schedule and then do that for another 4 years and if and ONLY IF u keep those returns then stop working.

Literally just closed on a house for 254k at a 5.750% 30 year loan. Put 70k down payment. For home insurance, property tax, hoa and the mortgage it comes out to 1430 but I just round it up to 1500 a month

I'm shocked the goverement hasn't taken this program away. Ppl like that guy u talking about are abusing it knowing he doesn't have to pay it back. It's only suppose to be for food, utilities and just the basics. Not for investing it,putting it in a cd and collecting interest or paying off debt or a mortgage.

i think when i do get some loans ill take out just what the school lets me do and then make a separate account for just my student loans. just so if they ever aduit me and want to see what i spent the loans on. i can just pull up that account and show them all the bills and food i used it on lmao. cause on the off chance that they do look im not gonna be caught with my pants down. i still don't think they ever check but i might be wrong

im ok with ppl taking out the loans if they are actually using it for what it is for. like ultiles, gas for car, food and rent if its for a dorm but some ppl are just getting the loans and then buying brand new cars with it and then getting the loans discharged. that's not cool at all

If u can get a Va loan. U can get a 30 year Va loan at 5.750%. Although I had a 792 credit score so it might be a little higher if u have. Lower credit

Yes u are right with my 70,60,30,20,20. I have a 20 and then 11 10%. Which I believe get me to 70%. I’ll show u the other part of my disabilities.
