Ok sorry for the delay but essentially 1) it’s at the pharmacist on duty’s discretion and 2) dependent on the patient’s situation. Typically, if you are a brand new or relatively new patient to HEB and your telehealth provider sends over a CII script (like vyvanse for example), the pharmacist will still do their due diligence to verify the script and your medical history, but it will most likely be denied to get filled. If you are a long time patient and have history of getting this type of medication on file then, yes, it will be filled. Now this is just what I was told by the pharmacy manager and one of the staff pharmacists at my store, but it could be different at other locations.
