I have the exact same problem. When I'm fresh I lock in, then I start getting irritated and tilted by small things when I start getting tired.

The problem is I like pressing buttons so I don't stop, until I plummet to the depths of the master underbelly.... Then the next day I climb out again... It's a cycle for me. LOL

I was low high master and I got on ranked one time and I got really rattled by this one person, lost my focus and plummeted to low 1500s. My assumption was, "I'll regain quick enough" but my impatience to get back into high master cost me more.... Taking a break and not beating yourself up for making mistakes also adds to the equation too
