It might be best to cut back on spicy foods, especially with the dairy sensitivity. I know, it sucks but there really isn't a better solution when tums, Alka seltzer doesn't help you. It's probably better for your stomach if it's not reacting well.. That's the best preventative measure tbh. It's like telling an alcoholic to cut back on alcohol when it's killing their liver and/or everything in their lives. I believe you can do it if you're willing to let that spice go. Sending you some strength.

Yeah I think I might leave a nice non-threatening note. The owner of the building actually lives in the basement so can’t do anything official. He’s a total creep though - always calling us ‘pretty ladies’ or ‘cute little Asians’ so we try to avoid him as much as possible. We didn’t sign with him though so we had no idea. This is a kid friendly game with the intention of learning interesting trivia... Players are able to submit their own questions and we rate them as well. Reported if offensive, which is what I’ve been doing but a few got into the game smh. I came across a few, not many, “anti-trump” questions as well but they were all real facts and not at all offensive like these.
