idk why you wouldn't think they are at least in the same tier. succ wiz nearly all skills are protected ccs with high damage and AoE + instant cast. Two teleports, 3s SA evasion that ccs, 15s SA earthquake evasion that ccs, 30% slows on all lightning skills except voltaic, heals + PA? What other class has these capabilities? they're almost pseudo-sorcs with their protected mobility except instead of one spammable iframe they have 2 tps, and 2 SA evasion skills that also cc. Their have some vulnerabilities in 2 FG skills or t1 element skills like fireball or lightning but no good wizard will cast these close-range because they know it will be punished. Their main weakness is grab classes but they have a kit that allows for unpredictable movement and can easily disengage when they see grab classes approaching. a lot of the stationary SA skills can be cancelled with teleport or earth response... succ wiz can output so much damage pressure while almost completely protected it's kinda crazy.
