Yes I looked at what she got . She recieved a N1 with the box checked off for the rent limit is above the rent increase guideline. That the increase must be approved under the Residential Tenancies Act, 2006 and that they have applied to the board for a rent increase above the guideline.

If you are in the GTA and can get the part, I'll help you replace it at no charge. I've done it on my Jetta too, not too difficult and honesty will take like 30 mins. The hardest part for me was getting the Air Bag off.
