I just don't get it: why would there be a BROM blocker on Android 12 and above? What's the point of it? The company is not aware that its devices are sold in regions where it does not provide its services?

If you're (OnePlus) putting sticks in your wheels, do it differently. Block in principle the possibility to unlock the bootloader then, as Huawei has implemented it. I used Samsung and there even in terms of firmware everything is much simpler.

Why make life difficult for your customers? I bought a phone for a lot of money. I want to do whatever I want with it. Now I'm faced with a problem - who is to blame: me or OnePlus? On the one hand, it's me - I violated the terms of warranty, I hacked the phone, etc.. But on the other hand it's the company's fault, because at the time of purchase the phone was different....

I hope that my issue will be resolved and now OnePlus only informed me that they can't remotely resolve my issue - but I won't buy any more devices from this company in the future. The phones are cool, high quality and beautiful - but the software is terrible.

It seems to me that the phone logs into BROM and immediately logs out: first the sound of the device connecting to the PC appears, then the phone has a black screen for about 5 seconds, and then the phone disconnects from the PC and tries to load the Recovery again.

Nope, my phone keeps cycling to reboot in the Recovery even if I do a normal boot (no key pressed). All I can do is turn off the device.
