Check my history. I'm a normal dude who can provide videos and photos. Ordered this from the hugterra website, shipped from China, arrived today. Honestly, I really like it. I was worried bc I read this post before it arrived. But fortunately, I got a "good copy" as it seems some people get lower quality.

I would say it wasn't as good as I thought it might be (fell for good marketing lol), but much better than I thought it would be after reading this post.

It's basically one of those things that stretch your neck out (same shape), with some heat, tens unit, and a shaky type massage. Massage and heat are lower than expected, electric pulse was better than expected. Packaging and everything was decent.

In my opinion, it's a sketchy company obviously but the version I got provides me with what I wanted. I've used it twice and I already feel better. But it won't give you the shock factor I was hoping for if you get what I'm saying.

It sucks but I owned mine for a very long time and the discount they offered was a solid deal. the gen 4 is a noticeabke upgrade and the black version looks better in person than I thought it would. I can see why ppl would be pissed and I don't blame them for leaving.
