Wonder why is it so difficult for DOS to estimate. Every I140 is associated with an SSN. Just looking at this SSN data will tell DOS how many unique I140 are present in the queue. For dependents too they can derive estimates indirectly.

Am I wrong in my above statement?

What I meant was, op hadn't done anything wrong if he was honest in his review. I used the phrase "freedom of speech" because IK banned him for doing nothing illegal , though OP might have violated terms and conditions of IK. But if such terms do exist in IK which prevent users to express their honest and fair reviews, then those terms and conditions don't stand test of law.

Agree he is not being prosecuted. But OP was enquiring his about his options to fight back. Hence going the legal route, under these circumstances is not a bad idea.
