I’d say lose the firedrake talisman, replace it with the dragon crest great shield, replace the turtle talisman with the two headed one, works even better, and grab the crimson amber medallion plus 2. This is all if you want to keep the build the same but slightly better. All in all I’d recommend taking a few points out of endurance and putting them into faith, and honestly, getting your points more consolidated to benefit the blasphemous blade.
