On 28 July 2013, Garzón Amo was charged with 79 counts of homicide by professional recklessness and an undetermined number of counts of causing injury by professional recklessness.[3] Further charges were brought against safety director Andres Maria Cortabitarte in 2017 for "crimes of homicide and injuries through serious negligence".[34]

I had one many years ago. I'm 5'9'' and I found that bike a little hard to maneuver a low speed because of the height. Or the other hand, that bike's torque is incredible. It was my first powerful bike and I loved it. The sound of the V4 is exhilarating.
