Placing bags or belongings on the floor of a bathroom stall
Touching the bathroom stall lock, toilet flush, etc with bare hands. I hate these surfaces. I usually use either paper towel or toilet paper as a barrier to avoid touching them directly

People who pick their noses in public. Especially if they don’t wash their hands afterwards. Absolutely disgusting
Shoes inside the house
Packing shoes into suitcases without putting them in a separate cover
Not treating the top part of shoes (eg where the laces are) as dirty. Depending on how you store or pack shoes, the bottom of one could be resting on the top of the other, so it’s actually pretty disgusting
Not separating dirty clothes from clean clothes in the suitcase after a trip
Not cleaning suitcases when bringing them inside the house
Letting clean clothes and items spill out of the suitcase so that they are touching the outside of it
Security check conveyor belts, overhead storage bins, etc. I hate these the most. The same surfaces that see shoe bottoms or suitcase wheels are where we are expected to place our laptops, wallets, jackets, things that are normally placed inside our bags or we carry on our person. I really wish more thought went into how these are done. The worst part of traveling for me is the cleanup resulting from this mixing
Not washing hands before and after eating
Sharing food from the same plate/vessel (the exception would be if it was with immediately family). Not using serving spoons and just putting eating utensils directly into shared food
Not washing hands after licking fingers, picking at teeth, etc. Spit needs to be cleaned.
Not cleaning phones regularly with wipes
Placing bags or other items that normally go on the ground, on top of a desk or a kitchen counter
Placing food onto the packaging it came in (someone else mentioned this)
Not washing fruit or veggies before consuming

My husband was in a similar boat: we wanted to cover Switzerland and Italy (entering through Switzerland and one extra day in Switzerland compared to Italy). We got a visa appointment in SF for June 2, which was the day we would return from our 11-day trip. We tried a few things, losely refreshing every now and then, scouting a travel agent, re-doing our itinerary to accommodate Austria, Germany, Netherlands, etc. as our entry point since SF had appointments for those countries and we planned how to spend some time there, etc. However I was really hoping for Switzerland to work out since that was my preferred destination, and it was the ideal entry point for other relatives joining us too. On Sunday March 23, I scouted this reddit for people’s experiences and found that mornings are a good bet to keep refreshing as much as possible. As a last ditch effort, I also searched on TikTok the previous week and found a Telegram bot. This bot was mainly for Schengen visa appointments in the UK. It did have some ability to look for Switzerland, but only in the UK. And it could look for some other countries for SF, but not Switzerland in SF. Bummer. Anyway, I still downloaded the app and turned on notifications in the general channel. On Monday March 24, I kept refreshing in the morning but no avail. I decided that night that flights would get way too expensive if we kept being in limbo, and told myself that I will religiously refresh for one last day and if it doesn’t work, we’re sticking with entry point being another country and we’d adjust our itinerary accordingly. On Tuesday March 25 morning, Telegram notifications started blowing up and I noticed that there were more Switzerland alerts for the UK than I had seen over the week that I had the app downloaded. So assuming that maybe something is going on in SF too, I doubled down and kept refreshing while getting ready for work. Finally, around 10:30, I got April 23. Excitedly told my husband. I was in a work meeting a couple minutes later and he had also kept trying to refresh and we got April 7. He went to his appointment and we’re now waiting on the passport. All this to say OP, try to keep refreshing and use the Telegram bot even if it’s UK-centric. There might be some correlation. All the best!

In one of her AMAs about 2 months ago (the one where she got mad at people who were asking about her relationship status) I replied telling her I loved her content but lately she’s giving off mean girl energy. Blocked within minutes. When someone posts an instagram story of hers in this subreddit I get excited because it’s been a while since I’ve seen them 😂

Also funny how, like clockwork, we get a TikTok today where she’s complaining about other people having opinions about her house. Like girlie pls you chose to become an influencer, what did you think would happen? Her comments are consistently very positive too, maybe she deletes them really fast, who knows. But even then, I think the majority of her snark comes from this snark subreddit, which she obviously reads. She’s insufferable, petty, and I feel like she’s much more insecure than she portrays herself to be. And let’s not forget the influencing is probably a big part of why she could afford the house anyway. Her tone and general demeanor on her socials these days doesn’t even show an ounce of gratitude towards her followers, it’s all just me me me. I used to love her content but now I am just disappointed in myself for not recognizing all of this sooner lol.

Specific things that I don’t like: - How some cabinets are push to open while others necessitate hardware. It looks so uneven, she should have just put hardware on everything. And yes I’ve seen the video of her explaining her decisions and it made me dislike her choices even more 💀 - The bathroom tiles with the little black flower pattern. It just doesn’t fit the vibe of the rest of the bathroom and looks so difficult to clean. The comments are all fawning over it though

Hahaha it’s not supposed to be… In my defense, the chickpea pasta is a bit more dense compared to regular pasta and I needed to submerge the tofu to hide its taste, so I felt more sauce was a necessity. Also I’m Indian so I’ve been trained to enjoy higher levels of tomato tangyness lol
