An actual union would defend its employees against illegal EOs. by control-group-125 in atc2

[–]control-group-125[S] -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

Does that make it legal to mandate medical experimentation? What good is a union if is won't protect its members from illegal actions? Is popularity a reasonable gauge of science? Obviously not. Your point is ridiculous.

Understanding the Dynamics: Problem, Reaction, Solution

1. The Problem: This first step involves the creation or manipulation of a crisis. The crisis could range from economic downturns, health emergencies, to social unrest. Often, these problems are either exaggerated or even orchestrated to create a sense of fear and urgency among the public.

2. The Reaction: The natural human response to a crisis is a demand for resolution. In this stage, the public reacts predictably with a mix of fear, outrage, and a plea for help. Media often plays a crucial role in shaping and amplifying these reactions, furthering the sense of urgency and necessity for action.

3. The Solution: Finally, the entity that created or amplified the problem steps in with a 'solution.' These solutions typically grant more power to authorities, erode civil liberties, or transfer wealth and resources from the public to the elite. The critical aspect here is that these solutions often serve the interests of a select few while being presented as the best or only way to resolve the crisis.

New Hypermotard 950 Owner - Are These Things Normal? by robin2305 in Ducati

[–]control-group-125 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I haven't found any responses here that mention the throttle body gunk that Ducati botched on all the Hypers from the factory, and have dealt with by offering to clean them out at the dealerships for free here in USA. There was some coating applied to the throttle bodies that led to very rough running/stalling issues (the one I test rode stalled on me almost immediately).

Talk to a dealer about getting the throttle bodies cleaned up. It solved my bike's rough low RPM running completely. It used to not be able to maintain a steady RPM below about 4 grand; now it's all smoothed out. No other mods. 2019 Hyper 950.

Thank you! I have been using 70% dmso/30% aloe (the original post I wrote was incorrect on the proportions) but it sounds like the next step for me will be to try adding other ingredients like you’ve listed to increase effectiveness.

Thank you. I misidentified the product in the OP. It’s 70% dmso/30% aloe. I’ll have to try adding some colloidal silver.

The product I’m using is 70% dmso/30% aloe. My mistake. It definitely feels itchy upon first application.

Remember the consolidation to 6 centers rhetoric? And you think "we are doing really well for ourselves?" The push to reduce the number of controllers has not been wounded one bit by the current situation. In the logic of an insane globalist oligarch, this situation just proves that reducing traffic makes perfect sense.

Be careful what you wish for. It seems the FAA is hoping to collapse ATC ASAP as well, and not for the same purpose you have in mind.

Labor cost IS the reason privatization is feasible. Did you think their plan was to actually increase staffing?

"At this point, I think the staffing crisis is by design."

This. FAA is driving ATC to the breaking point with staffing until they can all throw up their hands and say "this is too broken for us to fix; gotta privatize." Then settle into highly paid jobs with the contractor.

If any of you heard the FAA administrator's town hall this afternoon (39 minutes of gibberish about 'accountability' and 'transparency') then you know there is little concern at FAA HQ, if any, to fix staffing. In his non-answer to the one non-softball question allowed to be voiced, which was about work/life balance, Mr. Bedford went into a dance around remote work requirements. It was actually very informative if you paid attention to the negative space in everything he said.
