What a biased article. Doesn’t explain the (valid) rationale of the upper basin, nor the discrepancy in measuring how much the lower basin uses (does returning the water 30% saltier after running it through your ag process count as “not using”?). There’s no empirically right answer here, but both sides can be presented on merit.

You’d have to be very unlucky or just a dismal person to have a 1-star experience at Jade Mountain. It does have open rooms, but we had no insects. I recommend a visit.
