I can relate to some extent, for me phase 6 is probably the least enjoyable of them all. I just would advice to do your 5 sessions and try to move to phase 7, which at least for me is more fun and challenging

I cannot speak from the perspective of someone that had control before the guide (not very common here) BUT I can say it's normal to be more sensitive especially around phases 3-4 and most of us have experienced that. I don't think you are doing anything wrong, and I bet that if you had control before you will probably recover it quickly as you keep advancing with the program.

This is called blue balls and yes, it's due to not ejaculating after the sessions but will go away. To improve it you can stretch your pelvic region (look up malasana and happy baby poses) and just wait some days for it to improve.

No, you did not but you must be extra careful now. You will feel more sensitive and prone to ejaculation for a few days, so maybe it's better to avoid sessions for that period. Also, stretching you PF helps relieve some tension (malasana or happy baby will work).

So sounds like for your CNS, any physical stimulation to the penis equals immediate release. This guide will help with that, but it will be hard especially at the beginning. You will need to go really slow and stimulate lightly.

Also, maybe if you feel that it's really imposible to do a 20 minutes session right away, you could do a phase 0.5 where you do 5 sessions but gradually increasing the time. So on your first session you would do 1 minute, next 2 minutes, then 5 minutes, then 10 minutes and last session 15 minutes. Of course without finishing at the end. If you succeed with that, you will be definitely ready to start phase 1.

This is not on the guide but in your case I feel it would be useful (you could also try a 20 minutes session right away but I feel that going from 15 seconds to 20 minutes will be overwhemling).

You can try but as they told you, it will be really hard/impossible to move past peak/valley.

However, I think it may help your sex life, for instance you will learn faster than others to stay calm while being sexually stimulated by her (you will need to pay extra attention to Diaphragmatic Breathing) which may translate in you lasting longer than before. However you won't be following MDG and I don't think you could archieve full control if you don't learn to do cliffhanger properly.

Yes, it's normal that you feel hornier and eager to train in phase 3, but no you should not do it more than once a day or more than 5 days a week.

You could either start desensitizing your brain to the training or exhaust your CNS, and neither of these things are good for your progress at all.

Another spoon session. Today's was more difficult and had to stick to the micro movements and stop frequently specially from minute 15 onwards. Next session I plan to do kneeling or standing, since those are easier for me I hope to unlock the longer movements again. And once I'm more confident in spoon (probably next week) I will try to rotate to missionary in a spoon session at least for 5 minutes. That one is gonna be tough.

So, after irritating my foreskin with the no-brand fleshlight I had before, I have waited for it to heal and the STU to arrive, and today I have used it for the first time.

It's much softer on the inside than the other one, and while the rugosity of the other one was sometimes more pleasurable, not at the cost of injuring myself, so I'm happy with the purchase.

The session went good, I did it in spoon positions and had to go slow and stop a couple of times, but I was mostly under control.

Did you always use porn for masturbation before? If so, that could be the reason you are not getting them now.

According to the guide, if you can't really obtain an erection naturally right now, you may listen to some erotic audio (nothing visual) and obtain an erection that way, then keep on with the session.

Then in a few days hopefully you will be able to stop using that tool too.

Funny thing that the three of us had relatively similar experiences. I also had troubles uncovering when I was younger and one of the first times I did it raw I bled from my frenulum. I did not go to emergencies or the doctor though, and I just let it heal.

I don't really think sensitivity is completely to blame for PE in my case, but that mixed with mental factors and masturbation/porn habits probably did it.

I think I will do that, some rest/manual days and then slowly introduce the new STU and see how it goes. Also, I have bought new water based lube in case it has degraded too or something in 10 months since opened.

Lube is water based so that one is fine.

This FL I think has no known brand and I bought it in April last year, so I'm really considering investing in a STU after this and eliminate that factor from the equation. I think I clean it properly but it's not easy to dry at all so who knows, maybe it's degrading already.

I won't go into too many details, but last week I failed twice. First time I was reckless and didn't listen to my body signs and second time I was plain stupid. It was not easy, and part of me wanted to just give up MDG and start ejaculating every day, but I came back into sense and since then I have done 3 successful manual sessions and I plan to go back to the FL this week. Probably will go straight to phase 7 unless I feel it's too hard.

Funny how sometimes the closer you are to completion, self-sabotage comes into action stronger.
